Employee Assistance (EAP)

Your employer may have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit. These benefits may include a wide range of services that are of no cost to you. EAP plans offer counseling, legal services, financial services, health coaching, smoking cessation, and wellness aps. I provide counseling, consulting, and referral services for EAP companies in the Indianapolis area.

I am an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider for Lyra Health, Spring Health, Anthem EAP, Concern Health, Community Health EAP, United/UBH/Optum, Curalinc, Magellan, Morneau-Shepell/Lifeworks, Compsych, and Beacon Health.

Please check with your Human Resources or Employee Resource web page to see if you have EAP benefits. Employee Assistance Programs will usually offer 3 or more counseling sessions at no cost to you and/or your family members. EAP services are subject to state and federal confidentiality laws. The employer receives no information about the sessions.
